What Information We Collect
Contact form When you complete our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, business name, and details about the services you’re interested in. We use this so we can respond to your enquiry and understand what you’re looking for before we get in touch.
Website analytics We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. This data is collected in an aggregated and largely anonymised form and is used to improve the website, not to identify you personally.
We do not currently collect payment information, and we do not have a blog, comments section, or user login area on this site.

- WPForms – used to collect and store contact form submissions.

- BlueHost – used to host our website.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain contact form enquiries for 2 years unless we go on to work together, in which case we retain data for as long as necessary for that relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative, legal, or accounting purposes.
Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics’ default retention settings, currently 14 months
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data
- Object to our processing of your data
